Shipping


Orders placed before 3:30pm (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped out the day they were placed. Orders placed after 3:30pm (PST) Monday through Thursday will be shipped out the next day. Orders placed after 3:30pm (PST) on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders are shipped primarily by UPS, but we may use FedEX, DHL, or USPS at our discretion. In addition, we may use any available service to ship orders if delivery time is not negatively affected (example: A customer who is located near our warehouse orders an item via 2nd day shipping, but it is shipped via ground because it will take 2 days or less for the ground package to arrive.) Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped out the following non-holiday business day.

We charge flat rates for domestic orders placed on our website; however, if a shipment is unusually heavy, the charge of shipping may be increased. In the event of a shipping charge increase, the buyer will be contacted first and a shipping price will be negotiated. Please note that some items may be shipped out of different locations, and Ground delivery times may vary. Normal (Domestic) shipping charges are as follows:

- Ground (1-8 days) $14.95

- Priority Shipping:
   *Due to some product's shipping weight, Priority Shipping may not be available.


The above rates do not apply to international orders. Please call (800) 215-1743 when placing an international order to obtain a shipping quote.

You may provide us with your own shipping account number and designated shipping carrier by calling (800) 215-1743.

If your shipment arrives late, you must notify us at (800) 215-1743 within 14 days (including non-business days) of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that because other factors may play a part in delayed shipments, shipping refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Shipping charges may vary depending on the selected unit's weight or the quantity of units selected. As a result, the shipping charges may change from the value you receive at checkout. A customer representative will confirm these changes with you if they occur.

 

Returns/Exchanges


Defective items are to be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the invoice date. All other items purchased at TierFive.com may be returned to TierFive.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, pursuant to the terms below:

RMA: Please ensure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (800) 215-1743 or by contacting our sales team at sales@TierFive.com before returning your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake. If the return is a result of our mistake we will reimburse you for the least expensive shipping method. Please securely pack items and insure all return shipments. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You must also return any promotional/free items you may have received along with your device(s) (exclusion of such items from your return will result in a decrease of the refund amount).

Open Box Returns: All returned items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.
