Defective items are to be returned to the manufacturer within 30
days of the invoice date. All other items purchased at
TierFive.com may be returned to TierFive.com within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund, pursuant to the terms below:
RMA: Please ensure to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number by calling (800) 215-1743 or by
contacting our sales team at sales@TierFive.com before returning
your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an
RMA number.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping
charges on returned items unless the return is a result of our
mistake. If the return is a result of our mistake we will
reimburse you for the least expensive shipping method. Please
securely pack items and insure all return shipments. We will not
be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not
be refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of
our mistake.
Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for
incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent
complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing
materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes,
and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other
accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You
must also return any promotional/free items you may have
received along with your device(s) (exclusion of such items from
your return will result in a decrease of the refund amount).
Open Box Returns: All returned items that have been
opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. |
